About

ArtCollective NSW exists not for profit but to provide opportunities for artists to connect with audiences through supported exhibitions, artist talks and events.

Dr Dominic O’Grady (pictured) is ArtCollective NSW’s pro bono gallery manager and curator.

Dominic established Luminance Art Gallery in Port Macquarie in 2025 and holds a Doctor of Arts from the University of Sydney. He is a former adviser (media & communications) at the Australian Human Rights Commission.

Support for ArtCollective NSW is provided pro bono by a group of people who are artists, art teachers, fundraisers, business owners and art enthusiasts: Wendy Jacobs, Stephen Meek, Sue-Ann Stanford, Richard Crampton, Suzannah Jones, Malcolm Harding and Katrina Collins.

We support ArtCollective NSW because art expands our awareness of beauty, acknowledges other places, other circumstances, other people, other histories, other worlds. It connects us to the past, present and future. It helps build community.

ArtCollective NSW is especially keen to develop and share opportunities with young and emerging artists, and with artists who live and work in regional NSW.

ArtCollective NSW is a member of Regional Arts NSW.
